How do I book a service?
Create a free customer account, post a job with your service type, postcode and vehicle details, and approved drivers in your area will send you quotes.
When do I pay?
Once you accept a driver's quote, you pay a small deposit securely via Stripe to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is settled with your driver as agreed.
Why are contact details hidden in chat?
To keep every transaction safe and on-platform, phone numbers, emails and links are hidden in chat until the deposit is paid. After payment, full contact and address details are shared with your driver.
How do I become a driver?
Sign up and choose the driver option, providing your vehicle and coverage details. Our team reviews every application before you can start quoting on jobs.
What happens after a job is completed?
Your driver marks the job complete and it stays in your dashboard for reference. You can always post a new job whenever you need us again.
Is RoadRelay available 24/7?
Yes. Our platform runs around the clock so you can post jobs and receive quotes at any time, day or night.
